New Student Orientation

We look forward to welcoming you to campus during our orientation program. You will have the opportunity to meet other members of your class, engage with current Endicott students, interact with various faculty and administrators, and learn about Endicott's academic and community expectations.

Required Health Form

Please submit the Health Form and Immunization Record Form by January 15.

New Transfer Students

Transfer Credit - If you have not already done so, please make sure that an official transcript from your previous institution has been sent to Endicott Admission with your Final Fall 2024 grades on it.

Day One | Saturday, January 18

9 a.m.–noon New Student Move-In

Pick up your Orientation information, residence hall key, Gull Card, and dining passes.
Noon–1 p.m. Lunch
Callahan Center, Dining Hall
Enjoy lunch with your family. Meal passes provided at check-in.
1:30–2 p.m. Welcome Address for New Students & Family Members
Ginger Judge Science Center, Klebanoff Auditorium
Join us as Senior VP of Student & External Engagement, Bryan Cain, Ph.D., and Vice President of Enrollment Management, Meghan Monaco, M.Ed., welcome you to the Endicott community!
2–2:30 p.m. Experience Matters: The Endicott Academic Model
Ginger Judge Science Center, Klebanoff Auditorium
Learn about the College academic programs from Provost Sara Quay, Ph.D., and hear about internship and study abroad opportunities.
2:45–3:45 p.m. Meeting with School Deans
Meet the Dean and fellow classmates of your academic school. Learn the expectations of your school and how faculty are key to your academic success.

11:45 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Sign ups for MyEndicott/Workday/Canvas Training & Information from the Office of Sustainability

We will use this time to schedule one-on-one meetings for the first week of classes. In these meetings, you will learn about how to navigate MyEndicott, Workday, and Canvas platforms with Associate Dean, Endicott Center for Teaching & Learning, Brittany Hyde, Ph.D. We will also hear about resources and information from the Office of Sustainability.
