La Chanterelle the non-traditional classroom
La Chanterelle is a unique dining environment where students in our hospitality management program can demonstrate what they have learned.
Located in the oceanside manor house of on Endicott's campus in Beverly, Mass., this non-traditional classroom is open Thursdays for dinner throughout the academic year. At La Chanterelle, students take classes such as:
- Service Management
- Culinary Arts Operations
- Events Management
This enables students to gain interpersonal, team building, time management, and critical thinking skills—all of which are crucial in the hospitality industry.
Small class sizes (5:1 student-teacher ratio) and the international hospitality background of professors and assistant teachers, provide a unique learning experience by combining theoretical and practical knowledge, allowing you to gain a competitive edge in your career in the hospitality industry.
