La Chanterelle the non-traditional classroom

Located in the oceanside manor house of on Endicott's campus in Beverly, Mass., this non-traditional classroom is open Thursdays for dinner throughout the academic year. At La Chanterelle, students take classes such as:

  • Service Management
  • Culinary Arts Operations
  • Events Management

This enables students to gain interpersonal, team building, time management, and critical thinking skills—all of which are crucial in the hospitality industry.

Small class sizes (5:1 student-teacher ratio) and the international hospitality background of professors and assistant teachers, provide a unique learning experience by combining theoretical and practical knowledge, allowing you to gain a competitive edge in your career in the hospitality industry.
