Beyond the Classroom in the School of Sport Science
There are countless activities and things to do on campus, from intramurals to student government to community service. Many of those options are rooted in academics, and some have particular appeal for our Sport Science majors.
Athletic Training Club
The club hosts the Athletic Training Program Lecture Series, which is designed to promote learning outside of the classroom and includes speakers from a number of allied health professions. Students attend conferences, plan volunteer and community service activities, and organize a number of social activities.

Esports Management Club
Our Esports Management Club fosters a fun and welcoming gaming community, both on campus and beyond. Members of this club will gain the entrepreneurial skills and experiences needed to make an impact in this rapidly-growing industry. We focus on education, career growth, and networking opportunities with industry professionals.

Exercise Science Club
Members of the club routinely meet to discuss potential career and practicum opportunities. Club members also lead initiatives that support health, physical education, and exercise science through various community events and conferences.

Honor Society
(ΦEK) This is a national professional honors society for students pursuing careers in physical education, health, recreation, dance, human performance, exercise science, sport medicine (athletic training), and sport management. Students are required to rank in the top 30% of their School of Sport Science major as well as maintain a 3.5 GPA in their major and college wide courses.

Sport Management Club
