  • Program Overview

Endicott’s Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) prepares nurses who will practice at the most advanced level of nursing. Through integrative practice experiences and practice immersion, the DNP prepared nurse will be prepared to assume leadership roles focused on improving the quality and safety of healthcare. Expanded competencies in organizational leadership, population health, and informatics are among the areas of focus within the program. The degree culminates in the design, implementation and evaluation of a practice project focused on improving healthcare outcomes. This practice focused doctorate has been deemed essential by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing for meeting the needs of an increasingly complex and dynamic healthcare environment.

Nurse Faculty Loan Program (NFLP) funding available.
